The love story of Chuma and Pamela is a classic love story. In 1989 both got admitted to the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus to study Accountancy. From the day they met they became inseparable and because the love was so strong and true, the love birds defied all stereotypes and built a future together. They were age mates, they were class mates, Chuma didn’t have financial stability neither did Pamela, these daunting challenges that snuff out the life from love before it germinates stared them in the face but from the corridors of the Business Administration Faculty building were they attended classes their friendship grew and blossomed into marriage, today 35 years later they have built businesses together in the United States of America and their union is blessed with beautiful children.
Their story is worth celebrating so our teenagers will learn to take the right steps and not be negatively hindered by stereotypes.
